Ground floor facilities:

Drying room with shower, toilet, basin and dehumidifier. Open plan lounge-dinning area with television and DVD player. Well equipped studio kitchen with ceramic hob and oven, hood extractor, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and fridge/freezer. French doors from the lounge open out onto a shared walled lawn area of approximately half an acre, ideal for picnics and barbeques. 

First floor facilities:

3 bedrooms, 1 double (ample room for cot) with sea views. 2 full sized single cabin bunks, 1 room with 3 single beds. Bathroom with, toilet and basin.
